Over the course of my career, I have led global projects aimed at revenue growth, cost reduction, client satisfaction, governance and transformation at business and enterprise levels. I am practiced at strategy execution through initiatives - portfolio, program, project and organizational change management. I have extensive experience in the financial services industry (wealth management, retirement and human capital management) with an keen eye to risks, issues, compliance and operational readiness.

Led development of separate account annuity risk transfer product, the first in the United States.
Managers Control Assessment (MCA) - Citi
Rapidly assessed, recovered and managed the ailing global Managers Control Assessment (MCA) project to implement 54 PRCs (processes, risk and controls). Oversight by Internal Audit (IA), Compliance Assurance (CA) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
